The National Coordinator/ CEO SERVICOM, Mrs. Nnenna Akajemeli, has called on Ministries Departments and Agencies (MDAs), to prioritize Service Delivery Initiatives that are citizens’ centered in all their service windows nation- wide.
This call was made when the Coordinator paid an advocacy visit to the Management and staff of the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD), in Abuja. In her key note address Mrs. Akajemeli said that, SERVICOM is looking forward to moving the service delivery initiatives and improvements’ in all facets of service delivery in NEPAD.According to her ,SERVICOM mandate focuses on improving the quality of that contact by working with Ministries Departments and Agencies to achieve its goals and objectives as set up by the Federal Government of Nigeria.SERVICOM is about service, doing what we’re employed to do, it is to measure excellence and standards which lies in MDAs delivering custom
