The General Manager of Nasarawa Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency, NARUWASSA, Mr Rowland Ayuba who was kidnapped few days ago has been found dead.
Ayubu was reportedly kidnapped along Kwandare Road, Lafia, Nasarawa State by yet-to-be identified gunmen on Wednesday October 16, 2024.
According to sources, he was found dead on Saturday October 19, 2024 barely three days after his abduction.
The corpse has since been deposited at the Mortuary in Federal University of Lafia, FULafia, Nasarawa State.
A family source who confirmed the incident expressed displeasure over the spate of kidnappings in the State and urged government to put in place measures in order to tackle the menace and guarantee the security of lives and property of citizens.
