A 45-year-old woman identified as Karima Nuhu, Tuesday dragged her husband Musa Falalu to Sharia Court in Kaduna for failing to take her to Saudi Arabia.
She said he got a driving job in Saudi Arabia and promised to take her along but ended up divorcing her.
The man however, said he had divorce her before he embarked on the journey.
She was asked by the Judge to produced her witness but instead, she said God is her witness.
The Judge, Mallam Anas Khalifah confirmed the divorce between the couple.
