In the bustling city of Abuja, where towering ecstatic buildings mingled with the vibrant culture of Nigeria, a group of young visionaries sought to revive the ancient spirit of Ati Annang. Led by Dede Francis Ibah, a passionate advocate for preserving cultural heritage, they embarked on a quest to reconnect with the roots of their ancestry and bring Ati Annang back to life in Abuja.

For your information, Ati Annang, is a legendary figure from ancient folklore. Ati Annang was a revered deity, known for his wisdom, strength, and unmatched powers. The people of the Annang tribe in Akwa Ibom State believed in his existence, passing down tales of his heroic deeds from generation to generation.

However, as time went on, the legend of Ati Annang began to fade in the city of Abuja, becoming nothing more than a distant memory. The world had evolved, and modern society had replaced the old tales with technology and progress. But deep within the hearts of some, the spirit of Ati Annang still lingered, yearning for a reawakening.
With each passing day, the group became more engrossed in the revival. Having learned of Ati Annang’s extraordinary abilities and his mission to bring justice and harmony to the world, became a disturbing factor. Their heart swelled with pride as they realized they carried the blood of Ati Annang within them.

Driven by their new found connection to Ati Annang, Dede Francis and her companions embarked on a journey to reconnect with the spiritual heart of their heritage. They began the journey by consulting and seeking out those who still held fragments of ancient wisdom. With each encounter, they learned the hard way the bitterness in people’s minds, all clamouring for the revival rituals of Ati Annang.

However, word of their mission continued to spread throughout the city of Abuja in the past few weeks, attracting both skepticism and curiosity. Some dismissed their endeavor as an elaborate hoax, while others saw it as an opportunity to rediscover their roots.

As the date for the revival inaugural meeting drew by, a sense of anticipation filled the air, captivating the attention of Abuja’s residents.

Finally, the day arrived, and it was today, a radiant dawn illuminating the path toward the revival of Ati Annang.

Prominent sons and daughters of Annang clime gathered in the residence of the trustee Sir Arc Ekpo Nathan who has been an engine room behind the scene, to brain storm and nominate interim Leaders to pilot the affairs of the revived Ati Annang. Members hearts pounded with excitement and nervous anticipation of what it will translate to this time around.

Amidst the gathering, were nominations of members who were subsequently constituted with interim responsibilities, signaling the take off of the long awaited revival.

Addressing members, the Interim Chairman, Dede Francis Ibah, spoke of the importance of unity, and respect for one another, hoping that it will engender the opportunity to lend helping hands to Annang sons and daughters who are desirous of assistance moving forward. His words stirred the hearts of those present, inspiring a deep sense of pride in their shared heritage.

The revival of Ati Annang had not only brought back a long-forgotten history; it has reignited a flame of identity and purpose within the people of Abuja.
