Tuesday heavy rain in Owerri, the capital city of Imo state Nigeria rolled away a lady through the flood from the Imo state university IMSU area down to the Civil defense area where a volunteer diver rushed to save her life.
Meanwhile she was rushed immediately to the hospital where she slowly coming back to life and has identified herself as Ada Adiele from Abia state.
There was an alert from a trending video that a lady was rolled off by the flood while the raln was drizzling and our correspodents rushed to confirm the information as authentic.
9News Nigeria gathered that while the rain was still drizzling, fe minutes after the heavy downpour in Owerri on Tuesday June 14, 2022, a lady by name Ada Adiele from Abia State was spotted flooring in a flood from IMSU junction to Civil Defence.
On spotting her, one Zoba Uche had to alight from the bus and with the help of others, she was able to rescue the almost dead lady out of the flood.
At the time of this report, the Lady is at Life Spring Hospital Owerri where she is being revived and she is responding to treatment.
One Zoba Uche has been there with the Lady since last night as she could not leave the lady all alone.
The lady is gradually talking and she mentioned the name of her brother to be One Prince Chi Adiele who resides in Owerri Imo state.
