2023: As Election draws near, Imo People Should Go All Out And Register To Vote-Government

Following the readiness of INEC to give back to the people a credible election come 2023, Governor Uzodinma’s led administration has charged the people of Imo state to go all out and register to get their pvc to enable them cast their votes in the upcoming Local Government election and the scheduled 2023 polls.

This was the statement of the number one citizen of the state, Senator Hope Uzodinma at a meeting with APC party members and stakeholders and the electoral empire INEC in the state.

While addressing the people of the state, GOVERNOR UZODINMA assured the readiness of Imo state government to reinstate support for INEC to give Imo the best transparent and credible election and charge the people to go all out and register to Vote.

Imo state government ably led by His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma however reaffirmed the State’s partnership with the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC as they carry out their constitutional assignment.

The Governor said this when he received the Resident electoral officer for Imo State.Governor Uzodimma commended the wisdom of the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC in converting some voting points to polling units in the state and ensured better outcome of registration now there is peace in the State.

Governor Uzodinma also called on Imo people register to vote for it is only through electoral franchise that citizens fight marginalization and other concerns as against voter apathyā€¯. It is therfir supportive of the media to educate people to go and register just as 9News Nigeria Owerri has done.
