A yet – to be identified armed men have killed a 500-level Law student in the Nasarawa State University, Keffi, NSUK, Mallam Baba Jazuli, on Friday.
A course mate, Jubril Usman Umar, who confirmed the unfortunate incident in a statement said he was killed along Angwan Mada axis, Akwanga Local Government, Nasarawa State.
According to him, Jazuli was attacked and brutally butchered to death on Friday by unknown armed men.
“During this incredible difficult time, our thoughts and prayers are with Baba Jazulu’s family, friends, and all who mourn his loss. We extend our sincerest condolences to the family and loved ones.
“May Baba Jazulu’s soul rest in eternal peace”, he prayed.
The corpse Umar added has been deposited at the mortuary in Akwanga and burial schedule for Saturday.
Until his demise, Jazuli is also the Chief Judge of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, NSUK, Law Court.
