9News Nigeria seeks for collaboration and partnership with Amalgamated APC Support Groups

9News Nigeria Abuja team call for more understanding and collaborative efforts between 9news and Amalgamated APC Support Groups (AASG) in area of information management and desimination. This was the order of the day on Friday 1, 2023 when the Abuja team ably led by Mr Francis Xavier Udoakpan visited the AASG office, in Wuye, FCT, Abuja.
Mr Francis stressed that the aim of the visit was to formally introduce 9news to the organization as well as identify with the group’s strides towards good governance in the current dispensation. He used the opportunity to affirm the total commitment of 9news Nigeria in projecting the activities of the group as well as that of the present administration of Ahmed Bola Tinubu through proper information dissemination and reportage.


He stated that 9News Nigeria is prepared to work closely with the group to realize the goals and aspirations governing the association.


Reacting to 9news’ pragmatic stance in living to their expectations in the media stream, the Administrative Secretary of A P C Association of the Amalgamated Support Groups, Hon Haruna Alfa who stood in for the DG Dr. Nasir Ladan, thanked and appreciated members of the team for deeming it fit to come around their office. According to him, it shall be a longtime standing relationship, and that the meeting will further cement the relationship between the two organizations. Consequently, Hon Alfa said, 9News Nigeria will henceforth be adopted as number one news platform for AASG going forward. He alluded to the fact that even though their group is still a baby organization, he hoped the relationship will be mutually beneficial in the long run.

He used the opportunity to notify the team of their intentions to host several events of mutual understandings in the nearest future where he plans to involve 9news.


The administrative secretary also appreciated the efforts and immense contributions of 9News Nigeria in projecting their past events and promise to work with the team. Hon Haruna commends 9News Nigeria for being the first media organization to visit them and for also identifying with their vision and aspirations.

In the area partnership and working together with 9News Nigeria he said he will never forget the time of little begining adding that so far, 9news has displayed its high level of professionalism in doing their job and therefore deserves partnership.


The convener of the meeting Hon Wale Fasade calls for more understanding between the two organization stressing that the new administration needs all hands on desk in order to deliver the dividend of democracy to the people he added.


Also present during the visit were Hon. Femi Showunmi(Director of ICT-AASG, Chinwe Ezejiofor, Director-Welfare as well as 9news team.
