There was an explosion at the Port Harcourt Flour Mills, along Industry Road, in Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, Rivers State.
Gathered that the incident occurred on Friday About 9:30am while barley was being transferred into the storage tanks.
The explosion which sent workers and visitors scampering to safety, left debris and no human casualties in its track.
An eyewitnesse told our correspondent that the was been evacuated, while investigation into possible cause of the explosion has commenced.
