Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, on Monday, attended South East Peoples Democratic Party, PDP meeting held in Enugu State.
9NEWS NIGERIA gathered that Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike was around to greet stakeholders on his way back from Aninri to commiserate with Sen. Ike Ekweremmadu over the death of his younger brother, Hon. Mathias Ekweremmadu.
Gov. Wike advised stakeholders to work hard towards regaining Anambra State, eschewing personal ego and collective laxity.
The meeting was well attended by stakeholders including former Anambra State Governor, Peter Obi, Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, Abia Governor represented by his deputy, former Governor of Ebonyi, Sen. Dr Sam Egwu, Senators Obinna Ogba, Stella Odua. Others were Chief Chris Uba, Chief Ali Odefa who superintended the meeting as party’s zonal chairman.
