Senator Rochas Okorocha has lost all properties and lands belonging to the Imo state government through a court judgement held in Owerri, the imo state capital.
9News Nigeria Owerri reports that Justice Fred Njemanze of Owerri High court has ordered the permanent and absolute forfeiture of Royal palm springs and all properties contained in pages 226 to 272 of the Imo state Government white paper gazette on recovery of Lands and properties belonging to Imo state.
This indeed is a heavy blow on the senator who has done all his best to sustain the ownership of these properties as gazetted in the Government white paper.
The lists of the forfeited properties are enumerated in detail as contained in this white paper released by the Imo state government.
Imolites are wondering what the recovered properties will add to the state while the Government has promised to return all the recovered properties to the state.
In our subsequent release, our CORRESPONDENT in Owerri will furnish our readers with the latest development and the list of the recovered properties.
