The Youth leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Comrade Ogochukwu Elem is reportedly dead.
As at the time of filing this, details of his death is still sketchy but a close source to the party told 9news Nigeria correspondent in Ebonyi State that Comrade Ogochukwu died on Saturday.
