An eyewitness to our correspondent that they suddenly heard a heavy loud sound while the workers were engaged in the construction work.
The eyewitness, who identified herself as Madam Okei Onyinye said about eight persons sustained serious injuries and were rushed to the nearby hospital by their colleagues.
