The embattled Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Nasarawa State, has been described as a “party of fraudsters – yahoos and pocket dealers”
An aggrieved member of the opposition party, Mr Victor Arigu, made the accusation in a Facebook post on Tuesday, generating mixed reactions.
Arigu also criticized the stakeholders of the party in the State, alleging that “they only appear during elections, cash out and disappear”.
The unmatched achievements of Governor Abdullahi Sule and Rep.Jeremiah Umaru in Nasarawa North had recently earned the support of the aggrieved member of the opposition.
Meanwhile, the post has generated mixed reactions with many lamenting that the selfish interest of few individuals has made the party laughingstock.
They however commented the Social Democratic Party, SDP, New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP and Labour Party, LP for offering voters desirous of credible change and deepening democracy in the State alternatives.
