The party leadership took the decision at a stakeholders’ meeting, which held in Makurdi, the Benue State capital on Sunday,9-9-2019.
Confirming the development to 9 news Nigeria, APC Director of Media and Publicity, Apeh Peterhot, said the party leadership had agreed to adopt indirect primary election.
He said the meeting was attended by party leaders such as, Sen George Akume, Maj Gen Lawrence Onoja, Sam Odeh, Sen Ameh Ebute, Okpokwu Ogenyi and several other stakeholders.
