Agriculture: Governor Sule woos Indian investors in Mumbai

Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule has taken his foreign investment drive to Mumbai, India, urging the country’s investors to take advantage of the business friendly environment and other incentives provided his administration to invest in Nasarawa State.

A statement issued by his Press Secretary, Mallam Ibrahim Adara, said the Governor has held engagements with representatives of Rites Limited, a global giant in infrastructure development, transport and manufacturing as well as a consortium of investors shortly after arriving Mumbai.

The visit according to the statement issued on Sunday, was on the invitation of a company specializes in tractor and agricultural production in continuation of the administration’s efforts at mechanising agricultural practice in Nasarawa State as well boasting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s food security initiatives.

Accompanying Governor Sule on the investment drive are Commissioner of Agriculture, Umar Abubakar Danakano and ADP Programme Manager, Alanana Emmanuel amongst others.
