In last minute review, the Co-Chairman of the Election Committee at the All Progressives Congress (APC) 2022 Special Convention, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, has been energetically reviewing every process and preparations at the venue for a hitch-free exercise.
His Excellency, who granted interview to news men despite his busy schedule, clarified that the party is religiously complying with the electoral act in all the processes so as to avert any possible litigation with respect to the Convention.
The accreditation of the delegates by the Accreditation Committee, is in line with the Delegate’s list provided by the National Working Committee of the Party and cross-examined against the list provided by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), who monitored the congress that produced the delegates.
The Governor assured that by the end of the exercise, the Party would elect a credible Candidate through any of the constitutionally recognized processes of which Consensus is one.
