According to the Breaking News on Punch Newspaper,, the Sierra Leone Deputy High Commissioner to Nigeria, Maj. Gen. Alfred Nelson (retd.) has been kidnapped along Abuja-Kaduna Expressway.
Nelson was abducted on Thursday by unknown persons while going to Kaduna to honour an invitation by the military for a programme that could not be immediately ascertained.
It was learnt that efforts to reach the envoy on his GSM phone since Thursday by the Sierra Leonian embassy officials have proved abortive.
