According to Ordinary Edy Alechenu , the man in this picture is the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Ward Chairman of Adoka Ehaje,Otukpo local govt,Benue State and he was arrested for stealing a pig.
The accused is said to be an expert in stealing animals; the other time, it was a goat and this is not his first time.
