A community leader Akanu Ohafia in Ohafia local government area of Abia State, Goodluck Uduma Ibe has hailed the former governor of the state, Orji Uzor Kalu who now represents Abia North Senatorial District in the National Assembly for the swift completion of the only rural access road in the community.
Ibe who is also the President of Action Youths of Ohafia, said Kalu has made significant contributions to the development of his constituency.
He stated this in a chat with newsmen on Tuesday afternoon.
According to him, Senator Kalu is known for his charisma and dedication to serving his constituents.
“One notable instance that showcases his commitment is his visit to the Akanu Ohafia community in ohafia local government area of abia state, during his mid term visit before his campaign.
During his visit to Akanu Ohafia, addressed the community, promising to complete the road construction in the area.
“Today, we are happy that the road has been completed, with further assurance of more public infrastructures.
“We have seen the completion as a significant step towards enhancing our quality of life and economic opportunities. This feat had remained etched in the memories of our Akanu Ohafia people.

Ibe who spoke with news men said that the once dilapidated and impassable road has now transformed into a well-constructed and functional artery, linking the community to neighboring regions.
“This accomplishment has not only improved the lives of the residents but has also facilitated trade, commerce, and social interactions in the area.
“We are immensely grateful for the unwavering commitment to the completion of the public infrastructure.
“The fulfillment of his pledge has demonstrated his integrity and dedication to serving the best interests of his constituents.”
