The newly graduated Medical Doctors from the renowned Imo State University Owerri were charged to give their best in the medical practice and to do good to be ethically guided to avoid withdrawal by the NIGERIAN medical Council.
They were also adviced not to join unnecessary strike actions and be guided by section 45 of the medical practice that speaks on medical rights.
Our correspodent in Owerri reports that the 56 Number of Faculty of clinical Medicine list of 2019/2020 session MBBS batch A Graduands for professional registration were inducted at the event.
However, it was revealed that the 2019/20 Graduands are the 13set of graduate doctors Faculty of clinical Medicine Imo state University.
In furtherance, prizes and awards were given to the overall best students, 2nd Professional examination prizes, 3rd Professional examination prizes, to the 5th award.
The induction committee members for 2020/2921 Medical Graduands are Dr Ken Uwakwe Chairman, Barr. Ifeanyi Aniche, Nze Ralph Njokuobi, Dr. Chidiebere Okwara, Dr. Uche Omenuko, Dr. Henry Chineke and Mr Ambrose Okoroafor as Secretary.
The beauty of the ceremony is that Dr. Agu EMMANUEL broke the jinx of several awards and prices by bagging 8-Best awards in respective categories.
Dr paul EZEAFURUKWE, DJ Hope Electronic New Media expressed happiness for being among the best set of 2020/2021 College of Medicine, Imo state University college Of Medicine Graduands.
Alot of dignitaries, political leaders, well wishers were in attendance while the Honourable Guest speaker Dr. Benjamin ANYANWU
Eke Macdonald Ekennaya was appointed as the Alumni leader 2020/21set.
