The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has directed its members who are yet to register with the Dangote Refinery to do so immediately.
In a memo issued to all zonal and depot chairmen, IPMAN President, Alhaji Abubakar Maigandi, and National Secretary, Hon. James Terlumun Tor, confirmed that the refinery will begin product loading and supply directly to marketers’ locations across the country on the set date.
According to the memo, IPMAN’s National Executive Committee (NEC) emphasized that members who have already completed their registration with the Dangote Refinery and Petrochemicals Company Limited should proceed with payments to the facility in preparation for loading.
“The National Executive Committee of IPMAN, under the leadership of Alhaji Abubakar Maigandi Shettima as National President and Hon. James Terlumun Tor as National Secretary, is pleased to inform our members who have renewed their IPMAN membership registration in line with the association’s 2009 Constitution (as amended) that payment, loading, and supply of petroleum products at the Dangote Refinery have commenced,” the memo stated.
It further stressed that the refinery would officially commence product distribution on Monday, September 15 and urged interested members yet to register with the facility to complete their registration without delay.
