After conducting a comprehensive investigation, the company identified the location of the incident and has acted swiftly in accordance with its internal sanction grid to ensure accountability and uphold its service standards.
As part of the disciplinary measures:
The pump attendant involved has been disengaged from service.
The Station Manager has been suspended.
A formal warning has been issued to the station’s Dealer.
