Battle of the Governors

Jeff Nwachukwu is the preferred candidate of People’s Democratic Party against Blyden Amajirionwu of All Progressives Congress APC party in the area.

The stage is set for both Political duo to test their popularity in Ngor Okpala and this will showcase alot of stories as a litmus test of the preparation by INEC Imo state.

However, the community based campaign train of the People’s Democratic Party Imo State kick up on a high note on saturday 19th and Sunday 20th February 2022 across Logara, Umuohiagu, Obiangwu, Upe, Imerienwe, Nguru and Umuowa communities.

Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha CON, the campaign council chairman, Senator Ezenwa Onyewuchi, and the state Chairman Engr Charles Ugwu have so far enjoyed the confidence of the electorates of Ngor Okpala who has attested to the good governance PDP is known for and the lack of it in APC as hinted.

Indigenes of the various communities who turned out in their numbers to receive the campaign train has pledged to reciprocate the love and selfless service rendered to them by Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha in the last few years by voting for PDP.

In the backup for PDP Jeff Nwachukwu are Sir Martin Ejiogu, Hon Bede Eke, Hon Uche Onyeagucha, Hon Nze Raymond Emeana, Nze Law Biaduo, Sir Richmond Osuji, Hon Ejiogu Philip, Hon Meekam K. Mgbenwelu, Hon Charles Awurum, Hon Ben Uche Mere, Hon Paul Ajunwa, Engr Rex Okoro, Hon Goddy Nnadozie, Prince Ebube Mbah Hon Dennis Okwu among other leaders of PDP across the state.

It is percieved that the Ngor Okpala People are seriously Lamenting the bad conditions of their area which they said it came through the bad Administrations of APC examplified by the then Okorocha’s administration and the present Uzodinma’s Government.

The Supreme court sacked GOVERNOR further maintained that PDP will win in Ngor Okpala Bye-Election and therefore joined the host leaders of Ngor Okpala PDP to mobilize voters for the candidature of PDP Jeff Nwachukwu.

It will sure be a good contest between APC and PDP while the Electorates are calling on security agencies and INEC to play thier roles in a transparent manner and declare the results in honesty and fairness.
