…..Donates Souvenirs To Support Tickets
The Asiwaju Group (TAG) met with the Vice Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Kashim Shettima Mustapha. The Group led by its Conveners, Dr. Mustapha Abdullåhi and Prince Ade Omole met with the Vice Presidential Candidate to express its solidarity and unflinching support for the Tinubu/Shettima ticket for the coveted seat come February 25, 2023. A poll that is barely a week away.
While expressing the Group’s staunch belief in the Tinubu/Shettima ticket of #RenewedHope, the Convener, Dr. Mustapha assured the Vice Presidential Candidate, Sen. Shettima of total and absolute committment to the advocacy. This, he said the Group had done a lot in sensitising electorates especially at the grassroots on the benefits inherent in supporting the combo.
Furthermore, Dr. Mustapha on behalf of TAG presented customised souvenirs to the Vice Presidential Candidate. In his speech, he reiterated TAG’s loyalty, strong support and unparalleled commitment to delivering the ticket of governance el dorado that is embedded in Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Kashim Shettima Mustapha combo. His words;
“We are not only hopeful but also confident in the victory of His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and your humble self, sir. We believe, very strongly that Nigeria at this material time needs the best hands to take over the mantle of leadership from President Muhammadu Buhari whose administration has done his best. And there is no better combo than you and the former Lagos State Governor. As a Group, we will stop at nothing until your victory is announced after the February 25 poll. We know the election will be a watershed in Nigeria’s history. And that is the more reason all the Group organs across the country have been activated to take the #RenewedHope message to the hinterlands.”
At the event, the Vice Presidential Candidate of the ruling APC, a serving senator of the Federal Republic and former Governor of Borno State, Senator Kashim Shettima Mustapha appreciated the group for its support thus far and reiterated the need for Nigerians to support APC at this material time. He further underscored the need to build on the sterling milestones of the incumbent administration of the Buhari/Osinbajo-led presidency.
Instructively, The Asiwaju Group (TAG) will not rest on its oars until Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is announced as the validly elected winner of the February 25 poll.
