Afrobeats singer, Ahmed Ololade, popularized as Asake, has disclosed that his industry colleague, Wizkid is one of his music inspirations.
Asake revealed this after the drop of his studio album, ‘Lungu Boy’ where he features Wizkid, stressing that he has always wanted to collaborate with the Grammy-award winning star.
“It’s no secret that Wizkid is one of my music inspirations. As a young striving artiste in Lagos, I’ve been waiting for that right song so when the opportunity came it was a no brainer.
“‘MMS’ stands for ‘Mr Money Sound’ and it explains my music journey.” He explained.
