A Pro-Uzodinma’s women group under the aegis of Niger Delta Grassroot Women paid a courtesy call on the workaholic commissioner for lands Imo state, Sir Noble Atulegwu in his office.
Led by Hon (Mrs) Betty Uneze, the group came in their numbers to re-assure the commissioner their readiness to vote en masse for His Excellency Governor Hope Uzodinma on Saturday November 11, 2023.
The co-ordinator of the group, Betty Uneze reiterated that fact that Governor Hope Uzodinma has done well for Imo people and therefore deserve to be re-elected on 11-11.
The group further thanked the commissioner Noble Atulegwu for the unwavering efforts he has invested to propagate Governor Uzodinma’s re-election bid, scheduled to hold on Saturday.
Accordingly, commissioner Noble is a leader every Owerri West voter and Imo state people at large can rally around to propagate the interest of the Governor mostly as the Election is fast approaching.
The group however thanked Governor Uzodinma for given Ndi Owerri West the DG of Niger Delta Grassroot Women in the person of Hon Ahanonu treasure who doubles as an SA in this administration.
In his response, Noble Atulegwu told the women to embrace the Charter of Equity and vote their fellow woman, Lady Mrs Chinyere Ekomaru as Deputy Governor under Governor Hope Uzodinma.
The commissioner told them that Governor Uzodinma pairing with Lady Chinyere Ekomaru will give women the needed voice and quota of inclusivity in the government of the day which Hope Uzodinma is in-charge.
The courtesy call on the commissioner by Niger Delta Grassroot Women was a welcome development in solidarity to the re-election bid of Governor Hope Uzodinma coming up November 11.
The group hinted that they have an intimidating spread across the polling units in Imo State Nigeria.
