The inauguration ceremony of Anambra Governor-elect, Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo has been restricted from the public.
Soludo’s inauguration will take place on Thursday, March 17 at SSG Conference hall within Government House, Awka, as against the popular Dr Alex Ekwueme Square, Awka where previous event was conducted.
Mr C-Don Adinuba, Director, Soludo Governorship Campaign Organisation and former state Commissioner for Information announced that only 50 guests would be allowed into the hall for the event.
However, Awka residents have expressed dismay over the restriction.
The curtain will tomorrow be drawn on the eight-year tenure of Chief Willie Obiano as Anambra State governor. He will take a final bow as an eight-year tenant at the Anambra State Government House, Awka.
