2023: Wike inaugurates 100,000 Aides to protect votes in polling units

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has today inaugurated 100,000 Special Assistants on Polling Unit Affairs at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium in Port Harcourt.

Sources closed the Governor says each of the 100,000 Special Assistants will earn N190,000 monthly as salary putting the bill at N19 Billion per month and over N95 Billion in total between now till the end of 2023 general election
