Former People’s Democracy Party’s, PDP, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar has landed in Maiduguri international airport on Sunday morning to commiserate with victims of flood disaster.
He was received by the state’s PDP chairman, Alh. Zanna Gaddama Mustapha and other party stakeholders.
Atiku, also former vice president, is expected to visit the state governor, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum to extend his sympathy and condolences on the lost victims.
He is also expected to visit some affected areas within the city and grant his support.
