A young woman allegedly gave birth to a baby boy and killed the new born shortly after delivery in Gboko Local Government Area of Benue State.
The disturbing incident reportedly occurred in the early hours of Sunday December 14, 2025 behind Government Secondary School, Gboko.
Eyewitnesses and community members say the situation sparked panic and mourning within the neighborhood, with many calling on security agencies to urgently intervene.
Residents are calling for immediate police intervention to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident and ensure justice is served.
