The book titled “Aisha Buhari: Being Different” is an autobiography of the first lady written by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Administration and Women Affairs Dr Hajo Sani, launched at the Presidential Villa on April 8, 2021.
The event was also attended by many top government officials and other prominent individuals.
The chairman of the occasion was the National Leader of the All Progressive Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, who made a public donation of N20 million to launch the book.
Also, Nigerian billionaire Aliko Dangote, Femi Otedola, Abdulsamad Rabiu, Muhammadu Indimi, and Jim Ovia sent their various representatives to stand it in for them at the event.

Alhaji Abdulsamad Rabiu donated N25 million, Mrs Folorunso Alakija donated N10 million, Chief Kessington Adebutu launched the book at N10 million, The Nigeria Governors’ Forum Chairman Kayode Fayemi and Deputy Senate President Ovie Omo-Agege has also promised an undisclosed amount of money to purchase the book on behalf of governors and senators.
