Amidst Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs legal woes, Singer and model, Cassandra Ventura, who accused the music executive of physically assaulting her between 2007 to 2018 during their time as a couple has been proven right.

A 2016 shocking footage has surfaced, showing Diddy grab, shove, drag and kick Cassie during an altercation that matches allegations in a settled federal lawsuit filed by Cassie in November.

The video, captured from multiple angles shows the music mogul in a towel chasing Ms Ventura down the hallway, before attacking her near to the elevators, then attempts to drag her back down the corridor.

The ugly incident allegedly took place in the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles.

In the footage, after Diddy pushed Cassie to the ground, He retrieves a purse and suitcase from the floor near the elevators, turns around and kicks her again as she lies on the floor.

Cassie is later seen in the footage slowly standing up and gathering items from the floor before reaching a hotel phone on the hallway wall near the elevators. Diddy returns, still in a towel and socks.

Diddy is seen through a mirror directly across from the security camera, shoving her and is then seen hurling an object at her.

According to reports, Diddy paid the InterContinental Century City $50,000 for the security footage.

This video corroborates several allegations made in a lawsuit filed by Ms Cassie Ventura in 2023, where she claimed that she was trafficked, raped and beaten by Diddy on many occasions for over 10 years.

According to the complaint, this incident cited to have occurred around March 2016, Diddy became “extremely intoxicated” which led him to “punch Ms Ventura in the face, giving her a black eye”.

Cassie had attempted to leave the hotel room after Diddy fell asleep, but her attempt proved abortive as he woke up and “followed her into the hallway of the hotel while yelling at her”.

The lawsuit also claimed that Diddy brought the singer into his “ostentatious, fast-paced, and drug-fueled lifestyle” and signed her to his label back in 2005 when she was just 19 and he was 37.

The lawsuit against Diddy was settled a day after she filed it for an undisclosed amount of money, with Cassie insisting that she had chosen to “resolve this matter amicably”.

This comes amidst a chain of civil lawsuits filed against the rapper and music executive, credited with helping launch the careers of some of the biggest stars in recent years, which have accused him of sex trafficking, sexual abuse and rape.

Diddy has strongly denied all of the allegations against him and has not been formally charged or accused by federal prosecutors of any of such crimes.

In March 2024, several properties owned by or tied to Diddy were raided by the US Department of Homeland Security as part of an ongoing investigation.

Sean Diddy Combs is American rapper, record producer and record executive.

Diddy has been credited with the discovery and cultivation of artists such as the Notorious B.I.G., Mary J. Blige, and Usher.
