Deputy Speaker, Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Odefa Obasi Odefa was present at the invitation to the burial ceremony of Late Chief Emmanuel Nwodom in his country home Agbaja.
The event took place at Ndioruta Agbaja community in Izzi Local Government Area, Ebonyi State.
The Deputy Speaker in his words of condolence, noted that from all indications, the late Chief Nwodom was a notable community leader in all fronts whose peaceful disposition cannot be quantified in prints and words
He recalled the possible reason the good people of Ndioruta Agbaja honoured him with the chieftaincy tittle, EZE UDO 1 OF NDIORUTA AGBAJA, was examplified in his virtue.
He therefore implored the bereaved household to be strong in this moment of grief as they mourn the sudden departure of their dear father as they shall see again in the resurrection morning when they shall meet to part no more.
In a heartfelt sympathy, he urged them to accept the sincere commiserations from his family, constituents and humble self.
EBONYI state government officials and dignitaries were too numerous to mention here.
