The Imo state government has lost a renowned strategist and party secretary, Chief Greg Madu who passed of Wednesday night.
The family has communicated the leading All Progressives Congress APC party administration of the sudden demise of their state secretary Madu.
The Deputy Governor, the SGI and commissioner for petroleum immediately mobilized and paid a condolence visit Thursday evening to the family of the Late state secretary of APC Chief Greg Madu at his Owerri residence.
According to the wife who was with him in his last moments, they watched the PEPT declaration of judgement together, after that they started watching a movie as well but that was not completed because EEDC cut it short, so everyone retired for the night hale and hearty.
In the morning everyone woke up but Greg did not. Initially she did not want to disturb his “sleep” but the way he laid on the bed did not look normal to her.
So she made effort to wake him up from the “sleep” only to discover that her husband had long gone. The Wife hinted.
The burial arrangement will be communicated soon as gathered by 9News Nigeria Owerri.
