The technology we had during the Biafran war can be used in peace time. The scientist and those in technology can research into crude oil to produce clean air. The refineries can be packaged so people can distil and produce their own gasoline and Kerosene without causing fire or explosion.The chain of production can be clearly defined with minimal hazards.
Ohazurume recalled the memories of the olden days and hinted that most of us can remember the Boys company during the crises .If they were able to dismantle any small arms and put them back.
