The Nnewi Academic Congress has awarded Prince Ik. Samben Nwosu an award of Honour, Guidance and Advice towards the organization and his unique style of leadership to Ndi Anambra and beyond.
The umbrella Organization of all Nnewi students who gave the award to Prince Samben Nwosu during it’s Annual Congress and unveiling of the academic sculpture stressed that his leadership style and advice to students has never been seen before in the history of the students.
Mr Kayitochukwu, the NAC National President thanked the Fmr, Federal Commissioner, Public Complaint Commission Anambra State for his advice/guidance and noted that the award is a show of gratitude to the OMBUDSMAN.
On the part of the awardee and the Chief Unveiler of the Sculpture at Obi Uruagu by Prince Samben Nwosu, who spoke at the event; Noted that *“the Days when funding was a hindrance to undergraduates in Nnewi is a thing of the past”.*
*“These days if anyone from Nnewi has a predicament towards going to university, we shall make effort to bring the person’s ambition to fruition,” “we will equally do everything possible to achieve his or her ambition”.*
Prince Nwosu equally thanked the organization for the award and also for it’s steadfastness in bringing Nnewi students together and wished them a very brighter future ahead.
The Nnewi Academic Congress Annual general assembly and sculpture unveiling which was held at Obi Uruagu yesterday the 2nd of Jan. 2022 had the presence of Chief Obi Charles Obi (Ogidi IV), Prince Samben Nwosu, Hon. Smart Okafor, Hon. Comr. Peter Nwosu, Mr. J. U. C. Ojukwu, Engr. Dr. Ikenna Ubah and Mr Ebuka Onyekwuelu in attendance.
