After series of talks and distractions against the candidacy of Hope Uzodinma becoming the Imo state governor, The Federal High court sitting In Abuja has affirmed the candidacy of as the authentic candidate of the Apc as it dismisses the suit filed by Mr Kingdom Okere of rap party.
In dismissing the suit Justice Okon Abang held that the Supreme Court has already decided on the suit.
Justice Abang also fined Mr Okere 500,000 naira to be paid the Governor Hope Uzodimma and the two other defendants each bringing it to a total of 1,500,000.
With this development, Imo can unite to attract Federal presence and improve the state through Uzodinma.
But in all, the masses are asking for the regular payment of workers salary and pensioners pay to make life easy for the majority of ndi Imo whose 85% dependence lies on civil service pay.
It is also a good step to assure that both RAP and Uche Nwosu come beck to join Uzodinma develop Imo for the benefit of Ndi Imo.
