The Governor of Imo state, his Excellency Senator Hope Uzodinma has expressed his UNRELENTING resolve to conduct the wards and local government Council elections as promised in his 3R shared prosperity Government policy.

This statement was made by Senate Uzodinma when groups of structures paid him a courtesy visit in Government house Owerri.

The groups included INTEGRITY, IMO HOPE FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE and many others too numerous to mention drawn from the 27 local government areas in Imo state in total support for GOV. HOPE UZODIMMA

The Group, Imo Hope for Good Governance in a just concluded tour in all 27 Local Government Areas, march in solidarity support for the Good Governance of Senator Hope Uzodimma shared Prosperity Government.

While Speaking, Imo Hope For Good Governance, added their voices to the many people who have thrown their weight behind the Hope Uzodimma led Government of Shared Prosperity.

They commended the Governor for keeping his focus despite many oppositions in trying to build an Imo State where every sector of the economy is working.

The governor while assuring them of his readiness to conduct council election charged INEC to due the needful to make sure that Council election is conducted as scheduled.

In a related development, senator Samuel ANYANWU reacting to this call to conduct Council election in Imo state has charged PDP to file in to INEC registration and join the election.
