Senator Emmanuel Memga Udende on Sunday urges christians to always pray fervently for their leaders,the senator made the appeal during a thanksgiving service organised in his honour at NKST “Universal Reformed Christian Church” Gondozua,Logo Local government area,Benue State.
Ably, represented by his Legislative aide on Media and Publicity,Comrade Jerry Iorgaem,the Senator appreciates God for elevating him to the National assembly, describing it,as God’s own project.
The Benue North-East Senatorial representative emphasized on the need for “Tiv” people’s unity as the only tool that will end insecurity, accelerate development and will enhance a speedy development.
He insists that through a unity of purpose, the incessant insecurity in Benue state, particularly in Sankera, will become a thing of the past.
According to the senator;”I pledged my unalloyed support to the church of God as a Christian and I urged my brothers and sisters to continue to pray for us yours leaders and with God helping us,we will never deterred from our good leadership roles.
He appreciated all for finding time to be in the presence of the most high God, saying it was the right thing to do.
He Pledges his continues support to the church, after donating handsomely for the growth and development of the church.
