The Department of State Security service (DSS) has arrested Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, 9News Nigeria has gathered.
Barrister Ndudi Nwagbara who is Abaribe’s Legal Adviser also confirmed this to a journalist on telephone call that Abaribe was arrested this morning.
When our correspondent inquired to know the reason, he said there was no reason given yet by the DSS for his immediate arrest.
9News Nigeria recalls that Senator Abaribe was the one who granted Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra bail last but until now, Nnamdi Kanu’s whereabouts is unknown.
