Jos– Henry Okoye, elder brother of P-Square’s Peter and Paul Okoye, has expressed concern over what he described as a drastic change in Paul’s personality, suggesting that Jude Okoye may be responsible.
Henry made the allegation in a now-viral interview while speaking about the strained relationship among members of the Okoye family.
According to Henry, Paul was previously a kind and approachable person, describing him as “the nicest person” in the family and saying he was “even kinder than Peter”.
However, he said Paul’s behavior has changed completely, leaving him wondering what could have caused the transformation.
“I don’t know if Jude used juju on Paul. I don’t know. I cannot tell”, Henry said.
He further claimed that Jude has influenced Paul against Peter and questioned whether voodoo could be responsible for the alleged control.
“I don’t know if it’s voodoo that he’s using to control Paul now. I don’t know”, he added.
Henry also said he does not believe Paul was responsible for escalating the disagreement involving Peter’s concerns about staying in Paris and his desire to own a house there.
“I don’t think Paul is the one that did that. Paul will not do that. So, I believe Jude is the one that engineered Paul”, he added.
He alleged that Jude has turned members of the family against one another, claiming that he no longer speaks with Paul as a result.
He also alleged that their sister, who he identified as the last-born of the family, currently lives in Lagos, where Jude and Paul reside.
According to him, despite their proximity, Jude and Paul had failed to show sufficient concern for their sister’s wellbeing.
Henry, however, acknowledged that Peter had been making efforts to support her.
He said, “Jude doesn’t care for anybody. Look at my sister. My sister is in Lagos. But my sister is suffering in. lagos. Our last born is in Lagos. But nobody cares about her. Peter is trying”.
He said the situation was particularly concerning to him as the elder brother, adding that he had become increasingly troubled by the way some members of the family relate with one another.
Henry expressed hope that the family would eventually resolve their differences despite the current situation.
The latest allegation comes amid renewed public attention on the long-running dispute with the Okoye family.
