“The Honorable Minister for Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande, yesterday engaged with Kwara State youths in an interactive session organized by Kwara Political Young Stakeholders. The Minister who was warmly received by an enthusiastic crowd of supporters, youth leaders, and stakeholders appreciated the Governor of the state, HE Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRasaqand every youth stakeholder in the state for the warm reception and attributed it to the receptive nature of the Kwara people. While speaking at the event, the Minister assured the youth of the efforts of the current administration geared towards youth empowerment, skill acquisition, and capacity building. Also during the interactive session, he advised the youth to take full advantage of all youth-related initiatives and programs available to the public while emphasizing that many more mouth-watering initiatives are on the way. On a final note, the Minister reaffirmed the determination of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration to foster collaboration and create more avenue for greater and inclusive youth engagement. He charged the youth to bring forward ideas, innovations, and plans on how to better the lots of Nigerians, promising to avail himself of all practicable suggestions.
