Umar Abdullahi Ganduje son of former Kano State Governor Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje and Chairman of Cosgrove Investment Limited, has gifted properties worth N4billion to members of his company’s staff.
The generous gesture was announced on Sunday December 28, during the real estate firm’s end-of-year retreat held in Abuja, where Umar Abdullahi said the award recognizes the dedication, loyalty and significant contributions of senior staff to the company’s growth.
Speaking to journalists at the event, Abdullahi described the property rewards as part of the company’s commitment to employee empowerment and long-term security.
He said the initiative reflects a broader ambition to set a new benchmark for cooperate leadership and staff recognition within Nigeria’s business sector.
“Our aim is to tangibly invest in the people driving our success and to celebrate excellentce across all levels of the organisation”, he said.
The retreat also featured strategic session focused on improving operational efficiency, organisational structure and teamwork, with discussions aimed at enhancing project delivery and customer service as Cosgrove expands its footprint in states including -Jigawa, Kano, Lagos and Ondo.
As part of the company’s plan for 2026, leadership unveiled roadmap designed to promote, faster decision-making and improved collaboration across teams nationwide.
