The magazine documents Governor Zulum’s key achievements, with focus on peace building, the fight against insecurity, humanitarian interventions, and other developmental projects across Borno State.

In his remarks while launching the magazine, Engr. Musa said Governor Zulum has “set a new standard for leadership in Borno and Nigeria at large” and has built “a legacy that will last many years after him.”
He noted that the governor’s leadership goes beyond infrastructure development and humanitarian support to “building individuals that will shape the next generation of leadership in Borno.”
The GM also shared a personal account of the governor’s mentorship, recalling how Zulum facilitated his education from diploma to PhD, granted him employment, and later a political appointment.
He launched the magazine with the sum of three million naira.
