Abuja (9News Nigeria) The newly appointed Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, officially resumed duties at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday, June 8, 2026, marking the beginning of a new chapter in Nigeria’s diplomatic engagement and foreign policy administration.
Ambassador Enikanolaiye was warmly received at the ministry’s headquarters by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu, alongside the Permanent Secretary of the ministry, Ambassador Dunoma Umar Ahmed, PhD, and members of staff.
