In our present day world , the best leaders are often those who treasure inclusiveness because we all are in an intricate world of business development and expansion, which require all progressive minded .
Imo state is definitely getting prepared to embrace individuals who understand the importance of having a good and striving economic playground to enable an era of boom .
Chief Charles Orie, the businessman leader yesterday, met with serious businessmen and women and successful captains of industries who are stakeholders of the state living in Lagos . He is connecting these individual sons and daughters to rob minds on how together all can chart the future direction of our Imo through the importance of inclusiveness .
It was a relaxed strategic get acquainted gathering which sought to sound pulses , gather suggestions, process laudable inputs, and fuel alignments towards the affairs of the state. This informal, albeit purposeful, stakeholder convergence would provide an opportunity to address concerns, manage expectations, and identify potential risks ahead of the near future.
It is clearly a proactive approach that will prevent conflicts and ensure that everyone is working towards a shared vision. Diverse voices, usually in a progressive setting, ensure that all perspectives are considered and that everyone is aligned toward a common goal while managing expectations.
