Udenu L.G.A operates politically with zoning using development centres. We have four development centres comprising

(1) Udenu North..which are (a) Obollo Afor and Amalla wards.

(2). Udenu East.(a).Obollo Eke (b) Obollo Etiti and Ogbodu Aba.

(3) Udunedem… (a). Ezimo (b) Imilike and (c). Udunedem

(4) Orba ..(a). Orba 1 and 11.

In Orba development centre, the immediately past Chairman, Frank Ugwu hails from Orba.
The present HOA member is from Udunedem development centre. The current L.G Chairman is from Udenu East. It is right to know that Udenu North development centre which Obollo-Afor belongs to has had nothing in this arrangement as it concerns elective position.

Udenu North development centre ( Obollo-Afor) has neither elective position nor appointive position as being bandied by people who simply want Obollo-Afor to be disenfranchised, dispossessed and disinherited.

We wish to with all human respect and humility, call the attention of His Excellency our Amiable Governor Ifeanyi Lawrence Ugwuanyi, to as a matter of urgency look into this emboldened injustice and subsequently address same as a father, so that justice would not only be done, but should be seen to have been done.

Many have argued that the following Position are occupied by Obollo Afor People Local Government Chairman, Commissioners,SPA’s,SSAs,Local Government Service Commission, Speaker Undenu Legislative council but All these enumerated elective and appointive positions are held by Udenu East development centre and not necessarily Udenu north development centre where Obollo in question belongs..

It is pertinent to know that there is already an indication from An Obollo Afor Youth ENYINNA ODUMEGWU OGBONNA who has already started consultation in other to actualise this dream , Obollo Afor Stakeholders should be up and doing this time around and rally their support/endorsement on this youth who has taken such a bold step to via for the Position.

@Concerned Obollo Youth.
