Wife of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Folu Adeboye, took to her Instagram page to share a video where she is seen praying for popular gospel artiste, Nathaniel Bassey, as he turned a new age, Friday 28, August.
The woman of God prayed that the following year would be filled with testimonies for the singer.
She went further to appreciate God for his life, reminding the singer of how much he is loved.
Here are her words:
“Nathaniel, what a happy day of joy. We give glory to God for giving you another year to celebrate. We thank God for his grace upon your life. We thank God for giving you all the inspiration for the songs composed. We thank God for the strength and the power of the holy spirit that is keeping you going. We celebrate you, we celebrate your ministry.
“We celebrate your maker, we celebrate the day you were born and the womb that carried you. We say happy birthday from the entire Adeboye family. We love you as a son and we are praying for you. You just started and you will go farther in the mighty name of Jesus. It shall be well with you. Happy birthday. By this time next year, you will have wonderful testimonies and it will add more joy to your celebration. Love you. God bless you.”
