A Socio-political Group has issued serious warning to a former people’s Democratic Party PDP chieftain, Dan Ulasi over his ultrances against the labour Party LP Presidential candidate, Mr peter Obi saying that Obi/Datti ticket needs no tribal advice, hence the project has grown beyond tribal sentiments but a national movement.

This statement was made by the Ohanaeze Youth Council, OYC, under the leadership of Comrade Igboayaka O Igboayaka who described the recent outing by Chief Dan Ulasi former PDP Chairman as an attempt geared towards gaining stomach infrastructure by the People’s Democratic Party, (PDP).

Comrd. Igboayaka who chided the
PDP Chieftain, reiterated that Obi’s presidential project had grown far beyond tribal sentiments.

This is sequel to Ulasi’s live TV interview, during which he argued that Mr. Peter Obi is not seen in the company of any of the prominent politicians from the South-east region, in the course of his political consultations in the Northern, Southwest and South-South regions.

Reacting to Ulasi’s statement, during an interface with newsmen, in Awka, Anambra State’s capital, on Tuesday August 23rd 2022 the OYC national President, Igboayaka urged Chief Ulasi to refrain from old political mindset what he described as “the political elitism” and embrace the new political trend in Nigeria.

Igboayaka who regretted that the leaders of the nation had, over the years, mortgaged the future of Igbo youths and Nigerians, in general, informed Ulasi that Mr. Peter Obi’s presidential project “is above tribal connotation, thus warning the former to steer clear from the project with “his tribal advice”.

Speaking, he said: “It’s obvious that Mr. Peter Obi’s presidential project has grown above tribal sentiment or clannish projection. Mr. Peter Obi doesn’t need the same Igbo political elders like Chief Dan Ulasi who have eaten the future of Igbo Youths to move with him on political consultation, neither does he need to ride on the same Old political permutation to win the President of Nigeria”, Igboayaka State.

He described as gross disappointment in Dan Ulasi’s approach which is seemingly geared towards stalling its success, regretting that, “having witnessed and, as well, fought the Nigeria Biafra Civil war with bullet wounds on one of his hands, Ulasi should be acquainted with the agonies of Igbo youths since 53 years of the end of the war, especially on the recent collapse of Nigeria by PDP and APC twenty Four years(24yrs) in Power is more painful than his bullet inquiry.

The embittered youth leader advised Chief Dan Ulasi to rather redirect his quest for a job to the People’s Democratic Party, PDP’s presidential candidate and allow God perfect His plans through Obi, stressing that the Labour Party Candidate’s project is being motivated by the teaming unemployed youths across the streets of Nigeria.

“Chief Dan Ulasi you can quietly seek a job offer in Atiku Abubakar’s presidential project to keep alive your primitive accumulative of wealth, but we must inform you that your age and your generation have no business in Mr. Peter Obi presidential project or to determine the kind of leaders to lead Nigeria.

“2023 presidential project of Mr Peter Obi is solely tied on the future of new generation, hence Peter’s presidential project is driven by unemployed Nigerian youths, some that have graduated whereas others have been thrown out of School Nigeria consequent upon lack of funds; Also, Millions of Nigeria youths have been directly or indirectly pushed into armed robbery, banditry and thuggery by bad leadership from certain political actors in Nigeria” These are obviously those that their future are at stake not Chief Dan Ulasi

Furthermore, Igboayaka reminded the PDP Chieftain that the fate of Mr. Peter Obi presidential victory would not be determined by mere political analysis, pointing out that Mr. Peter Obi’s victory in 2023 presidential election would be predicated upon some political providence of Socio-political and ballot revolution.

His words:
“Mr Peter Obi’s presidential project as a third force that will sweep all the votes in the Southeast and South-South is a payback of injustice done by PDP to Ndigbo for denying Southeast presidential aspirants opportunity to fly the Party’s Presidential ticket during the her presidential primary election.

Chief Dan Ulasi who opted that Southeast Governors should call Mr. Peter Obi on his possibility of winning the election perhaps there’s something Mr. Peter Obi knows that the Governors don’t know.

“Contrary to Chief Dan Ulasi’s view, Igboayaka stated that what Mr. Peter Obi knows which they don’t know is that, Nigerian youths are determined against all odds, to take over the leadership of the nation, and ballot revolution does not have a political style or permutation.

The group however warned Ulasi and his group to desist from painting Peter Obi Presidential candidacy black.

Peter Obi and Datti presidential ticket is no longer a tribal sentiment but a national movement needed to reposition the country to a progressive height, the group maitained.
